FLEET & FACILITIES
AssetsOwnedandOperatedDirectly
Cold storage across two facilities, refrigerated trucks, and fishing vessels — all owned and run directly by the company.

KETAPANG FACILITY
Ketapang
Dock, handling, cold storage, and dispatch in one location.
The Ketapang facility sits in the Ketapang Port Area, at the western terminus of the Ketapang–Gilimanuk ferry crossing — one of the busier inter-island ferry routes in Indonesia. The site is within working distance of Bali Strait fishing grounds, and places the facility for direct service to buyers on Bali without long inland transit.
Primary operations — cold storage, handling area, dispatch yard, and the office — are concentrated at this Ketapang waterfront site. Cold storage capacity here has been consolidated from two earlier rooms into one larger space for high-volume movement near the dock.
- Address
- Jl. Raya Situbondo Km. 12.5, Cold Storage, Desa Ketapang, Kec. Kalipuro, Banyuwangi
- Configuration
- 1 cold room — 1,200 tons (consolidated from 2 rooms)
- Operational Role
- Dock, handling area, cold storage, dispatch yard
- Strategic Position
- Western terminus of the Ketapang–Gilimanuk ferry to Bali

PAKIS FACILITY
Pakis
Additional cold storage capacity at a second site.
The Pakis facility, also in Banyuwangi Regency, adds cold storage capacity at a site away from the dock area. The two-location setup spreads stock between two cold-room footprints and provides redundancy in storage capacity should either site need to scale down for maintenance.
Three cold rooms at Pakis — two at 1,500 tons each and one at 400 tons — allow stock to be separated by species, grade, lot, or buyer assignment.
- Location
- Pakis, Banyuwangi, East Java
- Configuration
- 3 cold rooms — 1,500 + 1,500 + 400 tons (3,400 tons)
- Operational Role
- Additional cold storage capacity, storage redundancy
- Layout Benefit
- Room-by-room maintenance without facility downtime
COMBINED CAPACITY
4,600 Tons Across Two Facilities
Cold storage is distributed across two facilities for a combined operating base of four thousand six hundred tons in four cold rooms — allowing full segregation by species, grade, lot, and buyer assignment.

MARITIME FLEET
Five Vessels in the Bali Strait
The company's own fleet consists of five fishing vessels working the Bali Strait: KM Tunas Bersaudara 02, KM Zafira, KM United A, KM Raja Tuna 1, and KM Raja Tuna 2. Trips are scheduled against cold room intake capacity so landed catch enters the handling area within the window required for product quality.
Procurement from local fishermen runs alongside the own fleet, under quality and traceability terms agreed in advance. The mix between own catch and contracted procurement keeps daily intake going when weather, seasonality, or species availability affects own-vessel landings.

LAND TRANSPORTATION FLEET
Three RAJA Trans Trucks
Road distribution is run by an in-house refrigerated fleet — three Colt Diesel units, each fitted with a thermo unit for frozen seafood, operating under the RAJA Trans name. Routes follow a weekly schedule aligned with buyer ordering across the Tapal Kuda corridor and the ferry crossing to Bali.
Keeping the fleet under company operation, rather than handing it to outside carriers, keeps the cold chain unbroken from the cold room to the buyer's receiving point. Drivers and helpers are trained on loading sequence, temperature checks, and basic hygiene before they take a route.
